About the Council
Metropolis Legal Training is overseen by a Board of Trustees made up of Six members Arab legal and leadership figures recognised for their experience, sound academic reputation and distinguished academic standing.
The Board includes eminent figures who have held senior academic or public positions and have long professional experience, ensuring the Centre's strategic direction is set with precision and professionalism.
Duties and Powers of the Board
Approving General Policies
Setting high-level policies to achieve Metropolis's objectives and ensure its sustained success.
Strategic Planning
Approving the main business plans and operational plans and monitoring their performance indicators.
Organisational Structures
Approving the organisational structure of the head office and regional branches.
Laws and Regulations
Approving internal regulations and their controls, and periodically reviewing their effectiveness.
Governance and Oversight
Approving governance principles and monitoring compliance and transparency across all operations.
Compliance and Disclosure
Ensuring compliance with the laws of host countries and disclosure of material information to students and partners.
