Technical Infrastructure and Protection

A protection system has been put in place for every component of the technical operation, preserving and protecting all content and data. A high-calibre technical support team is also available around the clock through every means of communication, providing instant support and technical solutions and alternatives. We use the latest software and interactive platforms, so that trainees and users can engage through all devices, such as computers and smartphones.

• Content quality and currency: Ensuring that the electronic content delivered in the programmes is up to date and does not contravene national laws and policies.
• Intellectual property rights: Upholding and promoting the principles of intellectual property and copyright.
• Technical compatibility: Using e-learning systems that support different types of devices across operating systems and are compatible with all devices, including tablets and smartphones.
• Alert system: Providing a notification service in the learning management systems to continuously alert trainees to requirements, improving training continuity, and to follow up on tasks and assignments within training programmes lasting longer than a month.
• Research tools: Providing a search function for digital content within the system.
• Qualification and training: Providing training and orientation courses and electronic user guides for the software used in e-training environments for trainees.
• Ongoing support: Providing technical and educational assistance to trainers and trainees throughout the delivery of the training.
• Trainer qualification: Ensuring trainers hold professional certifications in e-learning.
