Beneficiary Satisfaction Measurement

Since its establishment, Metropolis Training Institute has made training quality one of its primary objectives, setting standards and indicators for it, including a survey measuring user satisfaction, with the aim of improving and developing the educational and training process both in person and online.

Steps for Preparing the Survey

  1. Defining the objectives of the survey, setting indicators that achieve those objectives, then identifying the data and information to be collected.
  2. Converting the objectives into a set of closed and open questions.
  3. Piloting the questionnaire with a small group of selected individuals for their feedback, then adjusting the questions in light of the comments received so that they yield useful results.
  4. Designing and writing the survey in its final form.
  5. Sending the questionnaire to beneficiaries (trainer - trainee) for completion.
  6. Studying the responses we receive from beneficiaries.
  7. Statistical analysis of the data collected in order to read the actual situation.
  8. Comparing results against the required indicators and standards to determine how far the intended objectives were achieved.

How to Make Use of Survey Results

  • Using the results to develop and improve training plans.
  • Enhancing the training and learning process.
  • Raising efficiency and performance quality in line with quality standards and beneficiary satisfaction.
  • Solving problems and removing difficulties faced by users.

Stages of Satisfaction Measurement

The beneficiary satisfaction survey is conducted in two stages, as follows:

  • First survey: Carried out midway through the training programme to measure how far the programme's learning objectives are being met; the programme is adjusted based on its results.
  • Second survey: Carried out immediately after the training programme ends to measure overall satisfaction.

In both cases, the survey link is sent to students and trainers, the process is monitored and reports are prepared.
